Question Can my laptop run a 5120x1440 monitor ?

Hello i have the Asus Zephyrus S gx502gw an i was wondering if my laptop can handle a 49" Samsung monitor with resolution of 5120x1440 via displayport to type C connnector. I dont mind to play games in lower resolution (for example 2560x1440) i just want to know if it can handle to run Adobe premiere Full screen without lag.
Laptop specs:
i7-9750H
32G 2666MHz DDR4 ram
RTX 2070 8G (Full)
1TB SSD Raid 0

If you look at the system specs, it has DP 1.4 off the USB C port which can handle that resolution.
You can always check with Asus support also.
