Not very effectively. You can play at a low fps. But I would recommend an upgrade to 8gb ram, if your laptop supports it. The thing is, and I know you don't want to hear this, but laptops are not very good for gaming. I upgraded last year. I finally see the light.

I also notice that you have no graphics card listed Arma 2 is "demanding" but I do agree that your going to need more RAM
