Hello, my laptop has AMD C-60 APU Processor (x64 based processor), Radeon HD 6290 Graphics (1.00 Ghz), and 7.61 GB of RAM usable. Do you think I can run Assassin's Creed 2? Thanks for those who answered.

Not going to happen. You have a low power netbook CPU and integrated graphics solution. It is adequate for basic web browsing and video playback, but it won't run any modern games, at least not at anything approaching a playable framerate.
