can my laptop run bf4 with stable 60 or over?

my laptop is NP700Z5C 15.6" Series 7 CHRONOS and I still didn't buy bf4 yet because i have bf3 and have 30 fps (prob 60 fps when I first played and went down).
Can my laptop run bf4 and play with 60 fps?

Also is there anything i can do to improve my fps?

Can you link videos for nvidia settings to max performance?

If you have the NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M on it, then the answer is No. Maybe you need the desktop for the bf4.
