Can my laptop run DayZ SA at lowest settings with at least 30 FPS?

So, I really want the new DayZ Standalone, but I don't know if it is worth it if my laptop can't run it fast. I know my laptop can run Skyrim at high with 40-50 FPS, but I don't know how that can compare. Here are my laptop specs (they're really bad but whatever):

Processor: AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz.
Memory: 6144MB RAM
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7600 + 7600M Dual Graphics

My processor has a turbo boost to 3.2GHZ, but that's only for one core, so it's not like overclocking. Also, my display is 1366 x 768, so I'm not running 720p or 1080p. Thanks.

Thanks, that showed me that I am above Minimum, but I am only 1/3 of the way to Recommended. Can that be translated into the average FPS I would get on the lowest setting?

By the way, my graphics card has 2GB of VRAM, if that helps.
