Can my laptop run Rust?

I have been trying to improve my frames on rust their always stuck between 15-18fps

Here are my specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500u CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM 8.00 GB
64-bit Operating System

Note: I have always had trouble running this, I don't want to spend any money cause im low on budget. Please help me increase my frames thanks.

Could you Please, tell me what your GPU is? I cant help you if i dont know what GPU your laptop has.
