I have an hp pavilion g7 equiped with the following :
Intel core i5 3230m 2.6 ghz (Boost at 3.2 ghz) (Its dual core)
amd 7670m 1 gb (and an intel 4000)
6 gb of ram

Here is a link to hp: Hp pavilion g7 2300ev
With this hardware I am able to run bf4 at med to high with 35+ fps.
And finally I will be running the game at a 1600x900 resolution.

Thanks in advance!

A good Intel dual core can match or beat an AMD quad core under full load... Your mobile i5 is not that good of a dual core however. A haswell i3 is stronger by a wide margin. Your GPU is quite weak as well, akin to a GTS 450 desktop GPU.

You'll probably hit minimum settings at a subsample of 720p, unless it's badly optimized, in which case it would not run. But that's just an estimate; it hasn't released so really it's impossible to say with 100% certainty.
