can my laptop run watchdogs

On medium? Most likely yes.

A10 7300 should run Watch Dogs . Its iGPU has 384 shaders . But hey , it cant be run on Ultra even on GT 770 2GB .

No you won't. A gt 840m is an upper mid range graphics card that can run most games on med to high settings.
