[SOLVED] Can my laptop support 144hz monitor? Please Help :(

I would like to buy a 144hz external monitor :
AOC C24G1 144hz connecting to my laptop MSI gv62 8rd . Please suggest if it's possible


Since my laptop doesnt have Displayport but only a mini Displayport .
Also a htmi port but only 30hz i guess

Youd need to buy an adaptor / cable.
The 1050ti in the laptop aint going to be doing much 144hz though. It struggles getting 60fps in games.

i.e. Your GPU is woefully underpowered for high refresh gaming. Many would consider it inadequate for even normal gaming.

Yes. You can use either a DP to mDP cable/adapter or an HDMI cable.
