Ok so i have all parts besides the GTX 960 4GB installed, but with i3 8100 and non-RGB 2.8GB DDR2600 running fine...

Will a Corsair 650Watt PSU Run:
i7 9700K, regular (not OC) 95W
GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB And GTX 960 4GB for PhysX,
on an ASUS Maxiumus Z370 motherboard with 8x 120mm RGB fans including CoolerMaster CPU liquid cooler
2x16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB DRR4 3200,
with 2 Samsung 1TB 860 EVO SSDs and One WD Caviar Black HDD 1TB?
BluRay Disc Player/DVD DL Burner Combo
SoundBlaster Fatal1ty Champion Recon3D Sound Card w/ I/O Panel Deck?

Solution
Thank You. If i may banter, i am skeptical about the GTX 960 as PhysX card, but so far i can leave it out, and get a specific yay or nay about it. I want to trust your 'Honorable' status, but i burnt-out a build before, years ago, it just shut down and didn't startup again.
Neither card is high power. Probably 500 w draw for system

650w is plenty for that.
