I'm using a asrock xtreme4 mobo with a rtx 2070. I wanna upgrade to a rtx 3070, but not sure my mobo is OK. Plus is a 600w psu OK?

Solution
Yes, your motherboard can handle it. If it can handle the RTX 2070, it can handle the 3070.
The recommended power supply for the RTX 3070 is 650 watts. If your power supply has the necessary 8-pin (6+2pin), it should be sufficient for the card.
