Can My Mobo Handle This PSU

Hello guys,
So i have a question , i will buy this psu : http://www.msystems.gr/index.php?category=1210&product=17553
So my mobo is : Gigabyte M55PLUS-S3G (i know it is old , and i will buy a new one with ddr4 support) . So tell me , if i will be able to connect the new psu with my mobo without any problems.
One more question : On mAtx mobos can i use the same power supply just like an Atx?

Yes, they are both ATX - they will work together. I notice that the connectors are different on the PSU - Make sure that the end that connects to the motherboard is compatible with the motherboard. This might be a problem.

The PSU has a 24-pins (20 + 4) connector for the motherboard; this is fine. But, I don't see the detail for the SATA power connectors for HDDs and other devices. The specs state that it has, but I like to see the detail just to be safe.
