Question Can my MOBO run 3000mhz ram+pc upgrade

Hi,
I want to upgrade my pc build. (i use it for gaming)
I want to upgrade my GPU and RAM. For GPU i choose RX 570 amoured 8GB. For RAM i want an Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB.

But there is an Corsair Vengeance 2x8gb 2400mhz and 3000mhz. 3000mhz=70eur. 2400mhz=80eur.

Here it says that my MOBO can run 2400mhz/2133 mhz. But i wanted to make sure if my PC really can't run with 3000mhz.

If you have another suggestion as upgrade please so say.

2nd question, is RX 570 a good choice for an upgrade or is another GPU in the price range of 140-180eur a better option?

CPU: I5 6400 2,7ghz skylake 14nm tech
RAM: Crucial 2x4GB DDR$ (CT4G4DFS8213)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2GB MSI
SSD: 111GB Kingston (SV300S37A120G)
HDD: 1,8TB Seagate (ST2000DM001-1ER164)

That is correct, H100M can't run the ram at 3000, might get it to run at 2133

DDR4 2400 is the maximum speed your motherboard will allow. It might overclock to maybe 2666, but that is doubtful. The H series boards aren't the best for overclocking the RAM.

Your motherboard will also only allow a maximum of 32GB of RAM.

To be honest, I would just run it at DDR4 2400 with your current motherboard. Intel processors don't get a big performance boost if you overclock the RAM, like an AMD processor would.

Okay thanks for your help. Is there something in my pc you think i should upgrade. (I don't have a large budget.)
With my current pc I can run all games in low graphics with 40-80 fps. But that's Just one thing at the time. i would like to can run games at better graphics and multiple thing at the time.

I would start with the video card (GPU). Getting a better one/updated video would help your framerates.

I think i want to buy the RX 570. Or gtx 1050 Ti or GTX 1650. Do you have another suggestion other than GPU?

I might go with upgrading your RAM afterward. You will want 16GB of RAM.

That RAM is SODIMM RAM....memory made for laptops, not desktops. If you can find Corsair DDR4 2400 RAM, that would be good.
