Can My Mobo run a GTX 1050 Ti 4gb OC Edition?

Thank you, clutchc for the answer but, i tried putting the gtx 1050 in and run the pc, but it didnt want to boot anymore even with or without the old gpu. The stock psu was 280w.. Do you think the psu broke? Thank you for answering.

Are you saying that the PC won't boot at all ever since you tried to use the gfx card? Or that it just won't boot when the card is installed? If the latter, what happens when you try to start the PC?

Btw, which of these LENOVO ThinkCentre m73 is yours?

The pc wouldnt boot with any gpu.. but yesterday i got another 280w psu my dad had and it's working perfectly with the old gpu but still cant run the gtx 1050. I'll be buying a Seasonic Evo M12ii 520w soon.

I have the left m73 on the picture, thanks!

If the PSU has a +12V rail rated for at least 17 amps, it should run the GTX 1050 Ti. Not particularly advisable with that small of a +12V rail, but it should run it. I had a GTX 1050 Ti in my older Lenovo M58p mini tower w/stock PSU for awhile. No problems.
What's the old gfx card you're using?

If the GT 730 works, there's not really any reason that the GTX 1050 Ti shouldn't work. The 60W card won't be running at 60W at boot, only when heavily loaded. At boot, it should be nearly as light a load as the GT 730.
Which of these GT 730 do you have?
