can my mother board onboard sound card run sennheiser game zero

i want to get the sennheiser game zero but many reviews said i need a sound card which i dont have money to get in order to have decent sound experience from the head sets... my mother board is aorous h370 gaming .. and the headsets is 150 ohms

Ofcourse not, and I double dare everyone who sais you need a soundcard , that they wouldn't hear any difference.
