Can my motherboard handel it?

I bought the MSI Z370 Gaming M5, Socket-1151.
I was wondering if it will support Corsair Air AF120 LED Red, 120mm Fans and an Akasa "Vegas" LED Strip Light Red.
Hope I will get some answers<3

You bought good high end enthusiast mobo it can handle pretty much everything from these days,

Yes it supports Corsair AF120, since all the fans connection cable is the same 3 or 4 pin standard, af120 isn't different.
You can connect like five of them I believe, based on how many connection pins do you have on ur mobo, just make sure they'll fit into your case

What about LED strip I'm not sure about Akasa Vegas but usually all of them are connecting to some molex so in that case you'll need one molex cable from your psu

I bought a akasa LED Strip Extension Cable. I hope it will coonect to my motherboard:)

Ok I checked your motherboard manual, It looks like you have special jumper for such purposes
