I heard that some motherboards can't handle overclock. I want to overclock. can my motherboard handle it. 970A-ds3
i will overclock my cpu and gpu

You will see that he at 4gHz, so as long you don't do anything extreme, i think you will be fine..

It might be more relevant to consider you PSU, since a overclock will take up more power.
