Can my motherboard handle surround sound

I want to use surround sound headsets but i do not know if my mobo can support it I dont want a sound card. My motherboard is the MSI Gaming 7 with audio boost 2 and creative sound blaster 2. I have 6 jacks to plug in speakers and headphones on the back and a mic and headphone outlet on the front. Im really confused so please help. Thank you

no i dont have speakers. I was planning on buying some sort of 7.1 surround set gaming headset. Not sure about amplifier

at most maybe 60-70. I just want to use a mic ingame since my beats dont work on pc because they only have on pin
