Hi.
I've recently saved some money to upgrade my computer. First, I want to buy a new GPU and PSU, but I have a problem - I don't know if my mb is compatible.

So, my motheboard is ASUS M4N68T LE V2 and I want to buy Radeon R9 280 and Corsair VS450 ATX. Will they fit?

I'll upgrade my motherboard too but I need to save some more or I'll get a new one now if my current one isn't good enough. I don't care about bottlenecking for now.

Yeah, sure.

Motherboard: ASUS M4N68T LE V
GPU: Radeon HD 6670 GDDR5 1GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960T
PSU: Qoltec SilentLine 520W
RAM: 8GB
System: Windows 7 64 bit

I want to upgrade GPU and PSU first, then CPU and motherboard. I would run on this mb and CPU for a few (3-4) months only, so it doesn't really matter to me if anything will be bottlenecking (after all, performance jump from HD6670 to R9 280 should be big anyway). Looking forward to buy new GPU next month so I really want to know if it will run on my current rig.

So, I'd want to refresh the thread with 1 more question:

Is my motherboard (ASUS M4N68T LE V2) capable of overclocking CPU a bit, or is it too weak? My current CPU is not bad if it comes to OC, so I guess I could reduce the bottleneck to minimum if I could do that, and get money for a good I5 or I7 meanwhile (not losing much performance).

Sorry, I was away.

I found this thread (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/275476-29-overclocking-unlocking-phenom-960t) about your CPU. As said, it is better to OC 4 cores and do NOT unlock the other 2 cores. Your motherboard support overclock, but refer to the manual for futher instructions: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4N68T_LE_V2/HelpDesk/
I also recommend you to update the BIOS of the motherboard before tryint to overclock. And don't hurry to overclock as much as you can. Take it easy. Watch the temperature bound.
Good luck.
