can my motherboard install a graphics card?

Hello guys recently i took out a graphics card from my old pc but when i opened my current one the motherboard had no slot for a graphics card.

That mobo looks to be a really old one that will not support PCI Express. 🙁

the specs of your board there is no pci-e or agp slot for gpu it have only a integrated video chipset http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/motherboards/desktop-motherboards/desktop-board-dq43ap.html
