Question Can my motherboard run a GTX 1650 ?

I have a Fujitsu D3240-B1 motherboard, just wondered if it would run a GTX 1650 ?

Mobo has PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot, so yes, GPU does work in MoBo. Though since GPU is PCI-E 3.0, it has reduced performance in PCI-E 2.0 build, but it is backwards compatible.
