Can my motherboard support gtx

Solution
The motherboard can, yes. But that isn't the problem. The PC needs a low-profile card, and the GTX 1060 does not come in L-P. Worse, the PC has a small PSU that would never stand up to the load of a GTX 1060. Most likely, the GT 1030 is the fastest card you will be able to use safely.

You might be able to use the GTX 1050 Ti L-P if your PSU has a strong +12v rail. Let me know what it is, or post a pic of the nameplate on the PSU.

Open the PC and look at the grey-ish box in the upper right corner of this photo. That is the PSU. The nameplate on it will have the necessary specs. The one we are interested in for the gfx card will be the +12v spec. If you can't figure it out, post a photo of the nameplate.
