Which CPU are you using? if you are using a 3000 CPU it would be much more likely it will work than a 2XXX CPU. Update the BIOS of the motherboard before trying.
You will have to try yourself, couldn´t find anyone who testes this before, but this doesn´t mean it won´t work.

I am using Intel® Core™ i3-3220 Processor

Not quite. There is a point where UEFI BIOS becomes mandatory. Though it looks like that motherboard does support UEFI mode, so that shouldn't be a problem.

If the OS was installed without UEFI mode, then a re-install may be necessary. Though sometimes the GPU will not work for display output during boot, but will work once Windows is loaded.
