my motherboard model is Gigabyte Z270M-D3H-CF, With i5 processor , Now currently with GTX 1050Ti, , 16 GB Ram. So will RTX Graphic Card would Fit On this model of motherboard

No problem with the motherboard. A bigger question is what is the make and model of the psu? An RTX cats will need more power than a 1050Ti.
