Can my motherboard support what I have

My computer is shutting off while playing games and I think when I had to make cuts in budget in my pc build I did it in the wrong places by buying a 75 dollar motherboard.

I have recently switched processors from an i3-2120 to an i5-3750k because of bottlenecking issues with my graphics card and now while running a game my computer will hard restart.

Ga-b75m-d3h mobo with latest bios
I5-3570k
Gtx 770 2gb superclock
8 gigs 1337mhz ram
Rosewill hive 750 watt psu

so with the i3, no problems? without knowing more, my spider sense tells me it's likely heat.
