Yes, you can buy the 800MHz, but your mobo only give you 533MHz, don't matter if you buy a 800MHz for $70 or a 800MHz for $170, the performance are the same 533MHz
Yepm it will only ruun at 533 mhz. However, the difference between 533 and 800 mhz is ususally VERY small.
Probably +/-5fps on games, and a few seconds on other production work. Mostly the difference is not noticeable unless you run benchmarks and see the 1% difference.
