So i was confused before actually buying it, can my motherboard take on Asus 1050 Geforce 4gb ex? with Intel core i5 4th gen 4460,

It does not say it needs 3.0, it says it is 3.0. It is backwards compatible with 2.0. It will work almost as well on 2.0 as 3.0. There will be no issues.

It will work those are just the PCI--E Slot Speeds the GPU is 3.0 and your MB slot is 2.0 but still it will work with 2.0 speed it wont affect that much of performance
at end it will work
If you have doubt on us then buy the New motherboard with 3.0 PCI-E Slot
