[SOLVED] can my motherboard use pc1600 memory?

I am using asus p8h67m lx and want to use memory team vulkan ddr3 pc1600 can it work?

I would expect DDR3 RAM to work. Whether it'll run at 1600MHz I'm not sure. May need to enter BIOS to enable XMP profile.
