Can my netbook run this game

Hi, I am not exactly techie so I would like to seek your help on this please.

Can my ACER AO722 Netbook with these specs run Simcity

Specs:

Processor 1 GHz AMD C Series
RAM 4 GB DDR3
Memory Speed 1066 MHz
Hard Drive 500 GB HDD 5400 rpm
Graphics Coprocessor AMD Radeon HD 6290

I'm not hoping for the smoothest gameplay given my low-end netbook but do you think I can at least play comfortably without too much lag issues?

Thank you for your reply. What about Assassins Creed 1?

The reason why I'm very careful is because I don't have a gaming rig at the moment and original pc games here in our country are very expensive and I wouldn't want to waste money.

i am doubtful about assasins creed. probably on the very lowest settings.
