I think you forgot to post your specs.

If you bought the motherboard then you need a bios update. Your i5 7600 will not work z170 until you update the bios. If you can borrow a skylake processor from your friend or you can ask a computer shop in your locality. They will do it for you for a small fees. Then it will work fine.
