[SOLVED] can my nvidia 1650 super connect amd free sync?

i recently built a custom pc with processor i3 10100f and graphic card nvidia gtx 1650 super and i wanna know if it can amd free sync with lg 22mk 400h-b
i am new to this so i apologize if i am asking something that is very obvious.
