Can my PC build handle the new AAA games?

my specs
core: i3-3210 3.2 ghz (dual core)
mobo;intel dh61ww
ram:16gb
gpu;msi gtx 1060 gaming x(6gb)

can my PC give me atleast 60fps on a 1080p monitor
for watch dogs 2 and battlefield 1 and some other AAA games?

Your CPU will really be holding you back on those games. I don't think you can. Maybe on lower settings, but you will still be CPU bound so probably not.

You would do much better with an i5-3570 or i7-3770. However, even with a non-overclock 3rd-gen i5 you will struggle to maintain 60fps in BF1. It calls for a 6th-gen i5 as a minimum requirement.

as others have said your cpu will hold you back. Games like ghost recon have free betas right now that offer a benchmark feature in the options. you can try on all different settings and decide what fps you're good with. You have a better gpu than me, but my cpu is latest greatest and I could run on very high at 40fps. On ultra I was in the high 20's.
