Can my pc handle a GTX 1060 6GB?

Hey, I've been wanting to upgrade my pc for a while now and i've decided to get the 1060 6gb GPU,
I installed it in my computer and there was a bunch of problems with it.
Nvidia support told me to get a replacemet due to it being defective, and now I'm not sure if my computer can even handle it.

Not sure about PSU
Ram: 16gb
Geforce GTX 780 3GB
120GB SSD
1.5TB HDD
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G (SOCKET 1150)
Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3.20 GHz
Windows 8.1 64-bit

The most important bit of information for any GPU install, other than knowing you have a PCIE slot, is the PSU. So it's time to open up the PC and become sure about it, because anybody approaching this question properly is going to need that information.
