Can my PC handle a GTX 1060?

My old card failed and I was wondering if I can upgrade to the GTX 1060 without making other significant changes.

MB - MSI Z77-G43 LGA
RAM - 16GB DDR3
CPU - i5-3570K
PSU - Thermaltake Toughpower XT TPX-675M 675 watt
