Hi all i got a b250m, 16gb ddr4 of ram, 750w psu and a i5 7400k will it handle a rtx 2060?

Solution
At 1080p your cpu will significantly limit the FPS, at 1440p less so. Also a lot depends on specific game.

Also no such cpu as a 7400k, only 7400. Quad cores are entry level now and the 7400 is not a strong quad core. Pairing with a 2060 which is a fairly high end gpu is not well balanced.

Solution
With your motherboard a 7700 or 7700k are the only real options. The 7700k you won’t be able to overclock because of your motherboard but it does come higher clocked as standard. However the i7 7700 & i7 7700k are about the same as the latest i5 8600/8600k/9600/9600k but these are not supported by your motherboard.

The 7700/7700k are a significant improvement over your current cpu.
