Can my pc handle gta v? And why does it randomly restart Only when i play games

Hi i recently downloaded GTA V.
BUT when i play for eg 10 minutes into the game my pc restarts. I have fx 6300 and MSI R9 380 2gbh ( is that good enough too play gta on high?) I also will install a cooler master seidon 120 ver 2 cooler. It has 16 gb and the cpu is not overclocked. Does anyone kno why my pc doss this and if its capable of playing gta on high/ very high settings and if OC the cpu would benefit game play. Thank you

These symptoms are consistent with a heat and/or power issue. What is the make/model of your PSU?

Are you overclocking anything (GPU or memory. You said no OC for CPU)?

Does this happen with any other games?

From where dod you download GTA V from?

What are you operating temperatures at idle and under load?

Yes you are able to play the game at high with good FPS,yes OC the CPU will make it run better.
Otherwise yes,looks like heat/power problem.
