Solution
There are 2 main components, that supposed to handle you GPU - CPU and PSU. FX 4300 is a veteran already and of course will bottleneck that pretty 970, but still GPU is a difference maker in games, not a CPU. I have FX 6300 @ 4.5Ghz and it's bearable. The other important thing - reliable PSU for that expensive GPU. 80 plus bronze is nothing if it's low tier PSU. I have corsair cx600 and I'm replacing it with XFX TS 650W gold in a couple weeks, because strange things happens when I put my new 2pin 150W gtx 970 into PC. A year ago my 140W 1pin gtx 660 died and I'm suspecting my shitty overpriced PSU. No problems with 75W zero-pin gtx 950 and gtx 1050ti on same build.

Psu tier list...
The PSU needs two 6 pin power connectors and the case needs to handle a 10.98 inch long card. It would also be best if it had a 120mm intake fan and a 120mm exhaust fan. If you meet those requirements. You are good to go.

I hope this isn't new. The pricing of a new GTX 970 is absurd. You can buy a much faster GeForce GTX 1070 8GB for those prices. You can buy a new and faster GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/3GB or Radeon Rx 480 8GB/4GB for considerably less.

If it costs more than about $175 new or $140 used it is not worth it.

Gaming performance will be limited in more CPU intensive games with that AMD FX-4300.

Solution

Do you know what gpu can my pc handle at the price range from 100-240$
and i want more fps for csgo with better performance

Why don't you tell what's your PSU?
All recommendations are useless if your PSU is a joke, except 75W GPUs, like 1050ti, rx 460 or some 75W versions of gtx 950.

As The Protagonist said. We need the make and model number.
