Can my pc handle these upgrades.

I currently have a gaming pc with these specs.

I have a pretty basic question. Is it better to upgrade my pc or buy a new one, if I were to upgrade I would like an i5 processor, gtx 760 and 8gb of ram, though I'm not sure my pc can handle these upgrades?

I'd go ahead and start a new build

I'd go with a new build, however, you could keep the chassis, PSU and RAM from the old PC if you have a limited budget.
