can my pc run 144 hz monitor?

so im going to buy and benq zowie xl2430 im wondering can my oc run full hd 144hz monitor??

pc:

i5 660K 3.5 ghz

asus strix gtx 960

16gb corsair vegains (sry if im wrong)

Well sorry I've not heard of geometry dash but csgo should be fine. But most everything else even a gtx 1060 wouldn't be able to do 144hz.

can i run csgo low low low high ?? and now using 76 hz get around 250-300

Sorry If i was unclear you will be able to use it just fine, but you won't be getting the 144 fps you want to make it smooth.

Well usually you want the refresh rate of the monitor to match the frame rate so that gameplay is smooth and without it being like choppy or have screen tearing. I've only ever had 60hz monitors so I can't really tell you how it is for 144 hz but you will be fine. It will look great. Just you won't be optimal that's all.
