Can my pc run a Radeon HD 7970

Hi i was just wondering if i bought an AMD Radeon 7970 would my computer be able to run it.
I have a Hybrid Synergy 12v rail design that supports multi rail handeling with max combined power of 504w in 12v rails.
I can give more details if needed.
Sorry im kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff.

Power Supply and Operating System.
7970 will bottleneck ur PCU tho.

windows 7 and what specifications do you need from the psu?
And if my CPU will bottleneck with that would it still be worth getting?
or could i crossfire my 6870?
