can my pc run battlefield 3 nicely?

hi i want to run battlefield 3 on settings med-high. but i dont know if my computer will handle it.

specs:
processor and graphics: amd A8-3520M APU with radeon HD graphics 1.60 GHz (Quad core)

ram:6 GB (5.48 GB usable)

os: windows 7 home premium 64 bit

company: HP

model: HP pavilion dv6 notebook pc

Nope -- at the VERY BEST you may see 30fps on absolute low settings
