Amd athlon 2 x3 455
Nvidia gtx 750 ti
8 Gb ram
500 Gb hdd

Can I run Battlefield 4 at 720p on high settings?

You should be able to even play at 1080p if you will like. The GTX 750 Ti is a good little card with some serious performance.

Yes. BF4 does not require a quad-core cpu. You should be golden.
