Yep. Should run those games with no problem at all at default settings.

Edit: Just noticed you said high settings in second post. In that case, you CAN run the games at high settings, but you won't be as competitive in multi-player. You're gonna be sitting at 25-35fps on high settings. Best to stick with default for that. Eye candy won't help you win in multi-player. You would have to spend an extra grand or two on new mobo, cpu, vid card for the extra 50-60fps you would need. Not worth it in my opinion, unless you have money to burn.
