Because you dont have a Dedicated GPU.
The Graphic card in that PC is CPU's integrated and that CPU aint that power full either so yeah.

You need a new CPU, motherboard and GPU. So unless you are willing to spend $250+, you are stuck not playing it.

I would go with the 260x here. It'll be playable and not too bad if you used the Mantle API, as it would take a lot of stress off the CPU.

since the CPU and hours are integrated, would I need to replace the CPU a well if I get a dedicated gpu?

No, the motherboard will simply disable the integrated graphics chip. The CPU would still function as normal, but you would need to plug the display into the graphics card output instead of the motherboard.

okay I'm on a low budget so I bought this PC prebuilt to get a gaming if started, possibly a bad pick, not completely sure. if I added a dedicated GPU like on I the ones posted above , would that do me any good, and would I need to upgrade the power supply too?

Anything more than the 250x/260x you would need a new power supply, but if not, it should be fine.

Sorry, youll need more than a GPU to get playable frames in BF4 multiplayer. The dual core APU will not even be close to enough to play on big maps with lots of people. BF4 multiplayer needs a strong CPU to perform well.

The 260x with Mantle will greatly improve BF4 performance over an NVIDIA card of the same level. Mantle was built for those kinds of situations, and the 260x will certainly give playable performance in BF4, assuming settings are turned down. I would expect medium graphics or so.
