Can my PC run CSGO?

So I bought a barebones PC. 1 GB ram, Intel Core Duo 2 E4500 2.200 GHZ. With Intel Q935. I upgraded it, added 4 Gigs of Memory, and a Low Profile DVI Graphics Card 256 MB FH868, And I bought it a New: CPU Intel Pentium 4 641 3GHZ Processor. Can it run CSGO well at low settings? Or will it be able to with upgraded hardware? Thanks!

Yes it should CS GO isnt very intensive
