Can my PC run DayZ?

New to computer builds, and I'm wondering what settings these specifications will run DayZ on:
-Intel Core i5-4590 Quad Core 3.3GHz with a turbo boost to 3.7GHz
-AMD Radeon R9 280
-8GB RAM + 2TB HDD

It will run DayZ. However, DayZ is poorly optimized for everybody so far, as it is not finished being developed so what your final results will be are not certain.
