That game is not very demanding you can run it just fine. Probably close to maxed out.

Standard settings with 2X AA maximum ~50-60fps.

The game IS demanding if you hope for 60fps+ all time and with high settings.
You're setup probably will yield 30-50 fps with no msaa. Especially at country side.

Just as everyone else said, you should be able to confidently run GTA V at around 1080p High or 4K Medium at stable frame rates but be sure to install new GTA drivers for your graphics card otherwise the game will lag out at low fps and also have big frame drops.
