Can my PC run GTA 5 with decent FPS?

Hello everyone, I recently got given GTA 5 as a gift, and it's for PC. It's currently downloading on Steam, but I was wondering how well my PC will be able to run it?

Here are my specifications:

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit
Video Card: AMD HD Radeon 7870 GHz Edition 2GB
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8 Core Processor, Overclocked to 4GHz
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
HDD: 1x500GB @ 5400 RPM, 1x1TB @ 7200 RPM

nice specifications! i think you have a great chance of getting good performance in GTA V but start from medium preset, then if it wasn't lagging keep increasing until you see the best for you.
if you want to make sure, open this website, search for the game, then click "can you run it" and rememember that java is needed to make the test. or you can download the program they tell you about on the website.
