You can run gta V with that spects but, yes in low graphics settings.

Did that 745M have GDDR5 memory? It is a 1GB or 2GB version?

type on your windows search : "DXDIAG" -> "Visualization" -> there you can find the memory on graphics card.
Also you can find in on Nvidia Experience.

Make Sure U Run It Wid nVidia GPU 😀
