can my pc run gta 5?

Ok so my pc is pretty crap I have 16bs of samsung ram 2tb hdd and intel 4790 processor (not k) and sharkbay motherboard and intel graphics 4600 could I run gta at lowest settings at like 1280x960

You have an awesome CPU man, save up and pair it with a decent graphics card and you will have quite the rig. You'll just have to make sure the powersupply is good enough.

Yup. An RX 480 for $200 at the end of teh month comes to mind
